Insurance is optional and is not a condition of purchasing the device.

You need to be over 18 years of age, a resident in a Slovenia for the duration of the policy, have a device bought in a Telemach point of sale and have an active Telemach mobile service.

How to cancel?

•

The insurance continues until it is cancelled by you, or Assurant Europe Insurance N.V. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy.

•

If you cancel your insurance within 14 days of receiving your insurance documents, we will refund you in full if you have already paid the insurance fee, provided that you have not made any claim.

•

After the expiry of the 14-day period, you can terminate the insurance at any time, but in this case you will not be reimbursed the amounts of insurance compensation already paid. Your insurance is valid until the end of the monthly insurance period in which you terminated it, after which your insurance ends and is not renewed the following month.

•

You can arrange the termination of the insurance policy at the nearest point of sale or send your request via e-mail to [email protected].

How to claim?

•

If you need to make a claim, you must report the claim within 30 days of the incident. You can do it by phone on +386 (0) 1 828 07 95, weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. Proof of purchase will be requested showing the date of purchase and the IMEI of the equipment.

•

In the event of an accepted claim, your device will be repaired. Where the device cannot be repaired, a voucher will be issued. Your insurance coverage ends when we issue a voucher.

You will receive full details of the insurance in your welcome pack via email upon receipt of your device.

The insurance is underwritten by Assurant Europe Insurance N.V., with its registered office at Paasheuvelweg 1, 1105 BE Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered in the business register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 72959320 and authorised by the Dutch supervisory authority, De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. (DNB) under number R161237, which operates in Slovenia under the freedom to provide services regime and is registered with the Insurance Supervisory Agency (AZN).
